Associate Director, Integrated Media Planning

Join dentsu as the Associate Director of Integrated Media Planning. In this leadership role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic media solutions across traditional and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Understand all media channels and coordinate across multiple media disciplines.
• Leverage 6+ years of experience in full-funnel media awareness campaigns.
• Design modern, strategic, integrated media plans for TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic, Audio, and other channels.
• Communicate directly with clients about media plans and timelines.
• Manage daily deliverables, evaluate timelines, and ensure focus on client goals.
• Analyze competitive landscapes, pull reports using agency tools, and compile insights.
• Oversee a large media budget and flowchart.
• Guide channel selection and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total media planning experience in a large agency setting.
• Experience in TV, CTV, Social, and digital media environments.
• Proficiency with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, web analytics, ad servers, and media research tools.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Knowledge of national sponsorship planning and campaign management.
• Strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with budgets, numbers, and mathematical concepts.

Compensation & Benefits
