Team JKB is growing, and we’re looking for a  high-caliber Assistant Project Manager (APM)to join our fast-paced,  relationship-driven team.

🔨 What You’ll Do

As an APM, you will play a vital role supporting our Project Managers and field teams across all phases of construction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating project documentation, reporting, and communication
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Driving RFIs, submittals, and X-Gap coordination
• Assisting with bidding, vendor outreach, and proposal organization
• Helping develop, cultivate, and maintain strong vendor partner relationships
• Managing change order packages, project logs, and owner platform entries
• Supporting preconstruction tasks including CAD coordination, survey setup, and early submittals
• Ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and alignment across all project stakeholders

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor partner, client, and teammate relationships.
• Experience in commercial construction (restaurant or hospitality experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
• A proactive “follow-through” mindset with excellent organizational skills
• A team-first attitude and desire to build lasting relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
