Assistant Project Manager (Field-Focused)

📍 Bucks & Montgomery Counties – Greater Philadelphia Area

Ernst Brothers Construction is hiring! We’re a high-end residential and boutique commercial builder with a 40+ year legacy of Building the Extraordinary . We're looking for a Field-Focused Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the execution of architecturally significant custom homes and complex renovations across the region.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly
• Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor buyouts
• Manage and distribute up-to-date drawing sets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Participate in meetings and help document progress, punch lists, and client walk-throughs
• Help identify and resolve field issues in real time alongside the Superintendent and PM

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of construction experience , ideally in custom residential or light commercial
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with job site environments and construction technology (Procore)
