Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join a leading healthtech manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact on a team contributing to breakthrough medical technologies.

Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of mid-sized components, following standard operating procedures in a cGMP-regulated environment

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues independently using error messages and diagnostic tools

• Utilize basic hand tools and specialized equipment, such as torque drivers and multimeters, to assemble and verify products

• Accurately perform data entry and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel, including transferring and organizing information

• Collaborate with a team while maintaining a high level of self-sufficiency and accountability

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including adherence to electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols

Qualifications :

• 1-5 years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or engineering

• Previous experience in a cGMP or regulated production environment

• Familiarity with tools such as: multimeter, torque driver, pipette, light meter, temperature data logger, laser collimator, oscilloscope, and ESD equipment (a plus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and manipulation
