Job Description

We have an opening for an Agile Coach in Columbia, MD. I have included some additional details below. Please let me know if you are interested.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• Previous experience as Agile Coach, previously a scrum master
• Scrum and Kanban experience (no SAFe loyalists)
• Strong communication, pragmatic coaching, adaptability to custom frameworks
• Experience supporting feedback/OCM processes
• Ability to support and mentor teams, not just facilitate ceremonies
• Adaptability to custom standards and agile frameworks
• Able to coach 3-5 scrum teams at once

Location – Columbia, MD

Pay – 58/hr

Length – 1 year contract
