Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement affordable housing strategies
Secure funding and manage grants
Oversee housing project design, construction, and management
Collaborate with property management for efficient operations
Develop and manage program budgets
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and grant requirements
Manage tenant selection and relationships

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as: Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Social Work, Housing/Property Management
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in affordable housing development and management
Strong strategic planning and financial skills
Excellent grant writing and compliance knowledge
Effective collaboration with stakeholders
Commitment to developing and maintaining positive community relationships
