Key Responsibilities
Install, program, and service security systems, including alarms, cameras (CCTV), motion detectors, Sensors, smart panels, and more.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
Educate customers on system operation and features.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
Ensure all installations meet company and ADT standards, as well as local codes.
